Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future; thank you for your understanding.
How much is shipping? Shipping costs vary by state and depend on your location. For example, shipping a sweatshirt to Minnesota costs $9.35 per item. If you purchase two sweatshirts, an additional $1.30 will be added for the shipping fee. For most items in the store, the more you buy, the more you save on shipping. Mugs are the exception because they are heavy. Mugs must be shipped separately. For example, shipping one set of mugs (6 counts) to Minnesota costs $13.35. If you purchase two sets (12 counts), another $13.45 will be added to the shipping fee. There are no bulk shipping discounts for mugs due to their weight. Note: this only applies to the mug set with 6 counts.
How long before I receive my order? Please allow 12–18 business days for delivery.
How can I check the status of my order? You can track your order using the tracking number we’ll send to your email once your package ships.
